MiCollab Desktop Client

The MiCollab Desktop Client is a fully functional Unified Communications Client that can be installed on a user's Windows PC or MAC. This is available for users on the UniVoIP Enterprise Edition Platform.

Please note:

• The integrated Softphone is only available to Advanced Users, Power Users or Agents.
• Core Users will not have the following functionality in the MiCollab Desktop Client
  • Softphone
  • Video Calling or Video Presence
  • Calendar Integration

Once installed and running, more detailed information can easily be found by pressing the F1 button or by selecting "Help" on the Main Menu within the interface.
