MiCollab End User Portal

There are two User Portals available for Enterprise users.  The MiCollab End User Portal and the User Portal.

Use the Enterprise User Portal to:

• View or search your Call History

• View or search the Corporate Directory

• Modify the programmable keys on your handset

• Change your portal password

• Change your Phone PIN

• Change your Voicemail Passcode

• Enter your Twinning target number and activate or deactivate Twinning

This section is dedicated to the MiCollab End User Portal where you can:

• Access the MiCollab End User Portal

• Access and work with your Voicemails or Record-a-Call recordings

• View or edit your Voicemail Settings

• View or edit your Distribution Lists

• View or edit your Voicemail Greetings

• View or edit your personal Call Path

• Access the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Service (AWV is for Advanced Users or Power Users)
