Deleting an Annotation

To Delete a Single Annotation

1. Select the annotation to delete.

2. Click the Delete button.

The annotation is deleted; there isn't a warning message.

To Delete Multiple Annotations

1. Select the annotations to delete.

2. Click the Delete button at the bottom left of the annotation grid.

All annotations are deleted.

NOTE: Select Delete to immediately delete the annotation; there will not be a warning message. If multiple annotations are selected, the system will only delete the active/highlighted annotation.  However, if you press the delete button at the bottom of the annotation grid, the system deletes all selected annotations.
