History
The History View displays the Agent's historical ACD interactions from all media types.
To access History, click on History in the left navigation panel.
You can now view your historical interactions.
Please note:
- You can search using the search field.
- You can sort using the Filter options.
- You can see the details of a past interaction by clicking on it.
- You can Forward an interaction (email it to another person) by flying in from the left side and clicking
