Users are able to reset their own voicemail box PIN through their web interface. To reset a user's or location's voicemail box PIN on their behalf, follow these steps:

  1. Expand Company Settings and click Users and Locations in the left menu.
  2. Click on the User.
  3. Click on My Voice Mail.
  4. Click on Voice Mail PIN.
  5. Enter and re-enter the new PIN.
  6. Click Save.


Please note:

  • The new voicemail PIN must be 6 digits in length.  Many "easy to guess" PINs will be rejected and you will need to try again.
  • The voicemail PIN is not the same as the PIN the user uses to log into their phone and web interface. See Reset PIN.
