To reset a user's PIN, follow these steps:

  1. Expand Company Settings and click Users and Locations in the left menu.
  2. Click on the user to select. 
  3. Click Save and Reset PIN.


Please note:

Users will receive their extension and PIN by email if the user has a valid email address configured, however, if the new user's new PIN is displayed, it is your responsibility to communicate this information to the user.

The PIN referred to here that the user uses to log into their phone and web interface is not the same as the voicemail PIN. See Reset Voicemail PIN.
