You can view all your user extensions and see which ones have been set to record...or not to record.

Expand the "Extensions & Routing" section, then select "Extensions" as seen in the image below.



The current extensions that are set to record are the ones with "Mandatory" listed in the "Recording Status" column.  So that would be Exts 101, 102 and 103 in the image below.



You can remove the mandatory recording from an extension and assign it to a different extension if you want.

Double-click on the row for the extension you want to change. A fresh window will appear (image below).

Use the "Supress Recording" drop down to "Enable" or "Disable" call recording for this specific user.


Use the "Recording Option" drop down to change the recording options from "None","Mandatory", to "On Demand.


Please Note

You can only add the recording feature to an extension if you have at least one recording license available. Removing the feature from an extension frees up the license so you can assign it to another extension.
