Users are able to reset their own voicemail box PIN through their web interface. To reset a user's or location's voicemail box PIN on their behalf, follow these steps:
- Expand Company Settings and click Users and Locations in the left menu.
- Click on the User.
- Click on My Voice Mail.
- Click on Voice Mail PIN.
- Enter and re-enter the new PIN.
- Click Save.
Please note:
- The new voicemail PIN must be 4-6 digits in length.
- The voicemail PIN is not the same as the Phone PIN the user uses to log into their phone and web interface. See Reset PIN.
