UniVoIP will provide any customer that requests user level training, a dedicated, one hour, user level training session. The session will be recorded, and the recording will be made available to the customer. Users will learn about user level settings and how to navigate Teams Desktop Calling. UniVoIP is not a hardware shop, but our trainers do have access to the Yealink MP56 IP Phone. If the customer is using the Yealink MP56, the trainer can also provide an overview of this device.

Since there may be some users who will not be able to attend the live training session, we recommend they watch the recording of the training session. If any user has any questions, they are welcome to attend UniVoIP's Teams Friday Forum. This is an open Q&A user session held every Friday, so any user can get questions answered by a UniVoIP trainer.
