The Dynamic Site Support feature allows telephone users to create their own dynamic site from any location with an IP connection to UniVoIP. Once you create a dynamic site, you can log into your phone at that site as if you were in the office.
There are two reasons why a phone might display "Not A Valid Site".
All OfficeConnect Business Edition remote teleworker users using Mitel IP Phones.
- The first reason is that this is a new remote phone, and a dynamic site has not yet been created.
- The IP address of a previously created dynamic site has changed, and needs to be registered. This can happen if the internet connection that is being used to host the remote phone does not have a static IP address from your carrier.
- Log into your UniVoIP Service Control Portal. Then setup, or recreate, your dynamic site.
