Twinning

Twinning allows for simultaneous ringing of your desk phone and any single phone number.

If you have already set up your Twinning target phone number and you want to activate or deactivate Twinning, check or uncheck the box next to "Enable Twinning".

If you need to enter or change your Twinning target phone number, click on "My Profile".

Click the "Second Phone" Tab.  Enter or change your Twinning Number, make sure "Active Twinning" is checked, then press "Save".
