Both the FAC (*98) and the destination number can be programmed to a single Speed Call key. For example: You often need to transfer others directly to Joe Smith's voice mailbox.  Joe's extension is 1150. In this case, you setup a Speed Call key of *981150 to one button transfer callers directly to Joe's voice mailbox.

When the phone is in idle state and there are no messages in the mailbox, pressing the Message key connects you directly to your voice mail.
