TRAFFIC ATTENDANT REPORTS

The Traffic Attendant reports are listed below:

• Attendant Group Traffic by Period
• Attendant Console Traffic by Period
• Attendant Traffic by Period

Attendant Console Traffic by Period

The Attendant Console Traffic by Period report shows the attendant console call activity for the shift duration and day(s) you specify. The activity is on a per-console basis, regardless of the number of attendants who may have manned it during the activity period. (See Figure 190.)

NOTE: Average service time is output from the Mitel telephone system and not calculated by Traffic Analysis.
