The following are the current Call List Column header options and a brief description of each:
- Account Code - Account code entered during the call (if applicable).
- ACD Agent - ACD Agent associated with the call.
- ACD Group - ACD Group associated with the call.
- Area Code - Area Code of the inbound or outbound call (if available).
- Call Answered - Yes/No indicates if the call was answered.
- Call Direction - Inbound or outbound direction of the call.
- Call Recorded - Yes/No indicates if the call was recorded.
- DNIS/DID - DNIS or DID (if available).
- Duration - The length of time of the call from start to finish.
- Extension - Last extension involved with the call.
- Extension Description - Programmable descriptor field for the extension (can be agent's name or other value to identify the owner of the extension).
- Issued Share - Represents calls/call segments you have shared with others.
- Originial User - The person who initiated the first shared call/call segment.
- Outside Name - Name of the outside caller for inbound calls (if available).
- Outside Number - Number of the caller for inbound or outbound calls (if available).
- PVD Origin - The origin of the call recording document; options can include:
- Call Recording Capture
- Imported
- Sliced
- Merged
- Unknown
- PVD Pathname - Location where the PVD is stored.
- Read - Displays as an envelope in the column header; an unread call looks like a closed envelope and a read call looks like an open envelope.
- Received Share - Represents calls/call segments that have been shared to you.
- Ref ID - Call Document reference identification number.
- Save Until - Date the call document is tagged as being saved until (default is blank).
- Share Expires - The date until you are able to view the shared call/call segment.
- Share Recipient - The person receiving the shared call/call segment.
- Sharing User - The person who sent the shared call/call segment to you.
- Start Date/Time - Date and Time the call started.
- Subject - Extra information added to the call by another MiVoice Call Recording application.
NOTE: If there are multiple values associated with a column, the last value entered will be displayed.
