You can select preferences to customize your View and Filters.

To change preferences

  1. Click the User name drop-down list on the upper right of the screen.
  2. Click Update Preferences.
  3. Change any preferences.
  4. Click Save Preferences to save modifications to this screen or click Cancel to cancel any changes. 

 

 

Show System Annotations – System annotations are special system level notes that are associated with a call recording. These appear in the Annotation section of the Call Details Screen

Show New User Guides – These are the three steps for “Conducting a call recording search” as described in Call Explorer View.

Use Custom Call Count – This setting is used to determine the maximum number of returned recordings that cause the Filters pane to open. If the number of call records in the selected folder is higher than the call count limit, the Filter options will not display.


NOTE: The custom call count limit currently defaults to 1000.
If you clear your browser cache, the custom call count limit will revert back to 1000.
This setting should not be changed unless directed so by an Customer Service representative.
