Introduction

MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing enables both Advanced and Power Users to schedule and manage conferences through a Web-based interface.

Each UniVoIP OfficeConnect Enterprise Edition Advanced or Power User will have access to their own MiCollab AWV Portal.

With MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing, you can select from three types of conferences: audio and Web, audio only, and Web only. From the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Web interface, you can create and manage all these conference types.

With audio conferences, you can:

  • Upload documents to present to callers during a conference call.

  • Mute, drop, and add participants, and place individual participants on hold while the call is in progress.

With Web conferences, you can:

  • Upload documents, transfer files, record the conference, chat online, and broadcast videos.

  • Share applications or your desktop (all or part of it) and use white board features.

Please Note:  The system wide concurrent participant capacity in the AWV feature set is based on:

  • 10 participants...plus
  • 1 additional participant for every 10 Advanced Users on your PBX...plus
  • 1 additional participant for every 5 Power Users on your PBX

Example: A customer who has 100 Advanced Users and 50 Power Users would be able to have 30 concurrent participants across their AWV feature set.

If you need to have more concurrent participants, please contact UniVoIP Sales for pricing.
