Call Rerouting

Redirect incoming calls to an alternate number or extension. For example, a receptionist might reroute incoming calls to another extension during the lunch hour.

 

 

Click "Advanced", then click "Call Rerouting".

 

 

To reroute calls

  1.  Click "Add New"
  2.  Enter a name and number for the call reroute.
  3.  Click Save.
