About Ignite Web

Ignite Web is a browser based interface that allows Contact Center Agents to work with the media that flows to them from one or more ACD Queues.

Ignite Web provides Contact Center Agents with the following functionality:

  • Login or logout of assigned Queues
  • Set or remove Make Busy status
  • Set Account Codes or Classification Codes (if configured)
  • Basic call control for voice calls (MiCollab softphone or a physical handset required to answer voice calls)
  • Real time Agent statistics
  • Real time Queue statistics
  • Work Inbox with History
  • Click to answer ACD phone calls, or Multimedia ACD Queues if configured (SMS / Web Chat / Email / Fax
