The 5312, 5320, 5320e, 5324, 5330, 5330e, 5340, 5340e, 5360 IP phones support the use of specially designed headsets made by Jabra and Plantronics. The following headset types are available:
- Monaural over-the ear
- Binaural over-the head with voice tube
- Binaural over the head with noise canceling microphone
Some headsets are supplied with a control switch that can be used to mute the microphone. Check the compatibility guides from Jabra and Plantronics for current supported headset options you can choose from.
Additionally, the 5330, 5330e, 5340, 5340e, and 5360 IP phones support integrated Mitel Bluetooth or DECT headset options.
