The Onscreen Softphone Interface (MAC)

1. Presence Status.  Click to change your status manually.

2. Messaging Account Status.

3. Headset / Speakerphone Toggle.

4. Call Field.  Enter a contact name or a number to call.

5. Dynamic Window.  Displays content based on 6-10.

6. Dial Pad (Home) Key. Click to return to the Dial Pad.

7. Contacts Key.  Click to view your contacts.

8. Favorites Key.  Click to view your favorite Contacts.

9. History Key.  Click to view your recent calls.

10. Device Settings Key.  Click to view the App settings.

11. Call Key.  Click to initiate a call to the target in the call field.

12. Volume Slider. Used to adjust your speaker volume.

13. Auto Answer or Letters to Numbers Toggle.

14. Voicemail Key.  Click to connect with your VM Box.

15. Instant Message Key.  Click to view the IM window.
