Using UniVoIP App Diagnostics


If you have a support issue with UniVoIP App, Technical Support may ask you to turn on diagnostics in order to capture information.


1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings
2. Turn on Verbose Logging.
3. Reproduce the problem.
4. When done, go to Settings > Advanced Settings and tap Send Log.

  • A "Sending Log Success" dialog box will appear with a Reference Number

5. Send an email to support@UniVoIP.com with any details regarding your issue and please include the Reference Number.
