Emergency Call Handling - 911/112

Emergency calls to 911 (USA) and 112 (Europe) placed through the UniVoIP App on mobile devices are automatically routed to the native dialer. The call will be handled by your mobile carrier, and not UniVoIP, if the mobile telephone service is available. UniVoIP has no control over how your mobile carrier handles emergency calls. If your mobile telephone service is unavailable, the call cannot be placed. The UniVoIP App cannot place emergency calls over Wi-Fi. Emergency dialing is not available through the UniVoIP App on mobile devices without a native phone dialer and a mobile telephone service plan.

Creating a OfficeConnect user with extension 112 should be avoided as they will not be dialable on the UniVoIP App.
