1. Expand Company Settings and click on Call Groups in the left menu.

      2. Select the Hunt group to edit.

      3. Modify the Hunt group name if required. The Name field cannot be left blank.

      4. Modify the Hunt group type in the Type list (optional).

      5. Modify the Queue checkbox if necessary.

      6. Modify the Call Behavior for the Hunt group.

    • To configure the Hunt group calls to only ring on idle group member phones, select the Only ring phones not in use.
    • To configure the Hunt group calls to ring on all group member phones even if a group member is already on a call, select Ring all phones.

When Ring all phones is selected, incoming Hunt group calls are still queued when group member phones are ringing because of a call to the same Hunt group. See Managing Group Features.

      7. Modify the Members of Call Group list for the selected Hunt group if required.

      8. If you choose to lock users to the call group, uncheck Allow members to leave group?.

      9. From the Number of rings before sending this call group's call list, select how many times you would like a Hunt group to ring before the call is transferred to call coverage.

    10. Modify Call Coverage for the selected Hunt group (optional).

    11. Click Save.


Please note:
If a Hunt group has no members assigned to it, or if all members are logged out of their phones, the call goes immediately to call coverage.
