To enable voicemail for a user or location, follow these steps:
- Expand Users and Locations and click Users and Locations in the left menu.
- Click on the user to select.
- Check Enable Voice Mail in the Services section.
- Click Save.
To disable voicemail for a user or location, follow these steps:
- Expand Users and Locations and click Users and Locations in the left menu.
- Click on the user to select.
- Uncheck Enable Voice Mail in the Services section.
- Click Save.
Please note:
To enable voicemail for a user or location, voice mail boxes must be associated with your business that are available for assignment. When you disable voicemail for a user or location, the associated voicemail box may not become available for assignment until UniVoIP has deleted the existing messages and recordings.
