To enable voicemail for a user or location, follow these steps:

  1. Expand Users and Locations and click Users and Locations in the left menu.
  2. Click on the user to select. 
  3. Check Enable Voice Mail in the Services section.
  4. Click Save.

To disable voicemail for a user or location, follow these steps:

  1. Expand Users and Locations and click Users and Locations in the left menu.
  2. Click on the user to select. 
  3. Uncheck Enable Voice Mail in the Services section.
  4. Click Save.


Please note:
To enable voicemail for a user or location, voice mail boxes must be associated with your business that are available for assignment. When you disable voicemail for a user or location, the associated voicemail box may not become available for assignment until UniVoIP has deleted the existing messages and recordings.
